Stray Dog (1968)

Watford, Hertfordshire. M/S of a woman carrying a scruffy dog as she walks past a sign reading ’National Canine Defence League / Boarding & Training Kennels’; she walks through a gate and into the grounds. A man at an outside desk checks the dog over and carries him off. Commentator talks of the work of the League. The dog, now in a kennel, is fed by a young kennel maid. M/Ss of two other dogs barking in their kennels. The scruffy dog is handed to a little girl by the kennel man; she walks off with the dog on a lead.
