Didn’t feel like being open. Vulnerable. Wanted the spotlight off of me. Years went by and I realized I had all the symptoms of one who doesn’t. Was wondered why I needed everyones approval. Why it took me days to get over one semi negative comment. Why anything less than perfect led me to the deepest guilt.
