Day 5 Home Workout Challenge // TABATA + BOOTY Workout (No Equipment)

It’s TABATA time!! Day 5 of my 7 day workout challenge is going to be intense! This traditional style Tabata workout is both challenging both physically and mentally as you push yourself through each round.
