I baked Christmas cookies, packed up the family presents and went for a walk to admire the snow. The city of Lucerne looked as beautiful as in a fairy tale. Christmas cookie 125g Butter 100g Brown sugar 1 Egg 320g Wheat flour 1 teaspoon Cinnamon 1 teaspoon grated ginger 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon cake yeast Prepare the dough and let it rest in the fridge for an hour.
