Already known from performances on radio with Gracie Fields, Irene impersonates Shirley Temple in front of her class at school. Various shots of Irene performing on stage at front of class room, she is accompanied by her teacher on piano. Irene sings and dances a Shirley Temple number, probably titled ’In Port Again’. She performs with great gusto and enthusiasm (if a little precocious). He classmates, watching from benches, join in and sing one of the verses.
