We will need:

2. Flour-350-400g 3. Eggs-1 piece. 4. Sugar-80-100g in the dough (who likes it, we like it sweeter) 1.5 tbsp. l. for cherry filling 5. Cherry-300g (without seeds) 6. Corn starch - 1h. l. in the cherry filling 1h. l. sprinkle the dough
- We take the margarine out of the refrigerator in advance and bring it to softness.
- Then put the margarine in a deep bowl, add 350-400g of sifted flour to the same place and grind the margarine with flour into fine crumbs.
- 1 egg and 100 g of sugar whisk.
- Then add this mixture to our crumbs and knead the dough until a homogeneous and plastic mass is formed.
- After kneading the dough, you need to put it in a bag or wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour (you can do it for 30 minutes, but it’s better for 1 hour).
- While the dough is in the refrigerator, we make a cherry filling.
- Cook 300g of cherries until it boils
