Harmonic Analysis: Sonata in C major () - D. Scarlatti
This is a music theory video which gives a harmonic analysis of one of Domenico Scarlatti’s numerous sonatas: K. 159 in C major. The V chord indicated with subscript aeol. means an V chord build from the aeolian scale (natural minor). In this chord the seventh tone (from the scale) is not raised and thus not a leading tone.
