Веселые разминочные упражнения на ловкость и координацию от Sparta Rotterdam u13

Players love this one. Its fairly self-explanatory: two players stand across from each other with two different colored cones in between them. The trainer calls out different body parts (or the grass/shoes/shinguards, etc) and the players move both hands there. The players must keep both hands there until the trainer calls out the next body part. At some point the trainer will call a color of one of the cones and the first player to grab that cone wins. Another great version of this exercise is only one cone but with a ball on top. When the trainer calls ‘ball’ the first player to grab the ball and raise it above his head wins the round. If both players grab the ball at the same time they must try to win it from the other (tug of war). Both hands must stay on the ball at all times (no grabbing jerseys, arms etc). The players must stay on their feet at all times. If a player falls to the ground, he loses. If a player wins the ball from the other he must raise it above his head to be declared the winner. Thi
