Here are the rules of vietnamese Poker Pool, the most played Billiards Game in Vietnam. This game is named Billiard Tala in vietnamese. This year 2017, I was pleased to meet Nguyễn Quang Huy, Quang Trung Le and Phong Le at VTC Billiard Club in Hanoi Vietnam. They invited me to play the famous Vietnamese Pool Money Game “Bida Tá Lả“ that is played with a set of 52 cards. Of course, I lost some money but it was a lot of fun.
