How To Filet A Whole Salmon

If you’ve ever wondered how to filet a whole salmon, this is the video for you! This whole fish came straight to my door about 2 days after it was wild caught IN ALASKA on the copper river and it was very very special to work with. Copper River Seafoods () let me play around with a coho salmon and it was probably one of the freshest piece of seafood I’ve worked with other than being able catching it myself.
