NEWS updated 23rd October The chicks (Indigo and Rubus) are now 22 and 18 days old respectively and both doing fine, eating well, changing their plumage on time. They are both quite mobile now, so may be out of view. If so, try one of the other cams (see below).. The third egg is probably infertile and won’t hatch now. If it is still intact after the chicks have fledged, I will give to the Australian Museum for research. Eggs were laid 26, 28 and 31st August. Incubation started on 28th. FLEDGING (First flight) is usually in about six weeks ie about 12th November.
