Jack Tar Junr! Aka Sea Cadets At Folkestone Or Jack Tar Jr-Cadets (1920)

The Sea Cadets of the Royal Naval Volunteer Regiment (?) (RNVR) receive honours at Folkestone, Kent. Full titles read: “Jack Tar Junr ! CLB. Sea Cadets. RNVR, first to be formed in Britain,- receive ’King’s’ and ’Company’ Colours“. M/S Two Naval officials stand in line opposite senior looking officials. A crowd of people is visible in the background, behind them buildings are visible. A more senior naval official (judging by his uniform holds aloft the Union flag and passes it to a women in a fur coat. One of the Naval men steps forwards (he has a sword attached to his belt) he kneels down. He is handed the flag, he stands up and walks off. The second man does the same but is given a different flag,(it is difficult to make out what flag this is, however, the word Cadets can be made out written on it) he follows the other naval official.
