My family’s Kielbasa recipe, one of the best Polish sausages.

This kielbasa recipe was written down by my grandpa in 1966 (though it has been in the family longer) and there are three main processes needed in order to make Kielbasa, #1 is combining the spices and meat, #2 is stuffing the kielbasa into casings, and #3 is smoking the kielbasa.
