How to Make Green Juice in a Blender (without a Juicer!)

Learn how to make green juice in a blender with spinach, kale, celery, cucumber, apples, parsley, fresh ginger, and lime juice—no juicer needed & with no added sugars! Honestly I’m not typically a fan of green juices, but this homemade green juice recipe turned out perfectly sweet & amazingly flavorful. I love the natural sweetness from the apples, the zing of ginger flavor, and the refreshing burst of lime juice! Plus it only takes 15 minutes to make—all you need is a high-powered blender (I used my Vitamix) and a nut milk bag or fine mesh strainer. As appealing as store-bought green juices can be, they can also be deceiving. When you look at the ingredients list & the sugar content, many aren’t as healthy as they seem! But as always, I encourage you to decide for yourself: what does “healthy” mean to you? And what kind of green juice do YOU want to drink? Remember, added sugar isn’t “bad”—the intention here is just to increase our awareness of what’s in the foods we’re eating. If you LOVE enjoying a store-bought green juice, even if there IS added sugar, I say lighten up and give yourself permission to enjoy that juice fully! ★ SUBSCRIBE to the channel for new episodes on Thursdays! ★ Subscribe to our NEWSLETTER!
