Standing Shoulder Press 5.) 5 single arm clean each side then switch Set 2: Lower Body Focus! 1.) Bodyweight Squats 2.) Front Racked Squats 3.) Jump Squats 4.) Alternating Forward Lunges (weights optional) 5.) Split Squats- 5 reps each side. Set 3: 1.) Chest Press 2.) Bent Over Rows 3.) Chest Flys 4.) Reverse Flys 5.)
