How to Convert a petrol Car to Electric car with Hydraulic Power steering

In this video I will show you how to convert an old petrol car into complete EV keeping the power steering system as before using a separate motor. As you can see in the video we took a heavy weight Ford sedan for our project of converting it into complete electric vehicle. As we have completely removed the IC engine of the vehicle the power steering mechanism coupled with the engine also got dead and the steering became very heavy. It is a big obstacle if you try to convert a vehicle of that size into complete EV. So to overcome this problem we used a different motor to energize the power-steering system which works properly. I have used a 60V 3000W BLDC motor with 60V 4000W controller for powering the vehicle and as mentioned before a different BLDC motor of 60V 750W with 60V 750W controller to energize the pump for power steering.
