Ivan David, member of European parliament (Czech republic) about main problems of Europe: “The political situation in the European Union is heating up. Until recently, I was convinced that the main problem of the European Union was the Green Deal and mass immigration. However, the situation is developing in such a way that the main problem is the slow transformation of the European Union into a totalitarian unitary state and the rapid liquidation of democratic rights. This is mainly about freedom of speech and the introduction of censorship under the pretext of fighting misinformation and hate speech. They spread hate and misinformation to manipulate the public. An even greater threat is the rapid militarization of the European Union with an obvious effort to achieve a military confrontation with the Russian Federation in Eastern Europe. The constant repetition of the claim that Russia will attack the countries of Eastern Europe after the defeat of Ukraine is not accidental. This is not only said by warmongers in the Czech Republic such as Černochová, Lipavský or Chief of the General Staff Řehko, but also NATO representatives. It is necessary to tell them emphatically that we are not interested in our citizens dying in a war for foreign interests and that Russia has no motive for further expansion to the West. It has plenty of resources and can only lose as much as we do by war.“
