Silvia Moreno-Garcia’s novel Mexican Gothic will be championed by TikTok creator Tasnim Geedi on Canada Reads 2023! Mexican Gothic reimagines the classic gothic horror novel, in this story about an isolated mansion in 1950s Mexico– and the brave socialite drawn to its treacherous secrets. Geedi, a popular creator on #BookTok, spoke in conversation with Moreno-Garcia about Mexican Gothic before the debates on March 27-30, 2023.
