Yoga Exercises with a Ballet Dance Barre In this video, I will do yoga exercises with the help of a ballet dance barre. First, I will begin by doing a “half upright seated angle“ pose. I will place my foot behind the ballet dance barre for leverage. This will maximize the stretch in your legs. Next, I will alternate my other leg while in this pose. From there, I will do a variation of the “revolving sundial“ pose. This will really maximize the stretch in each leg. Then, I will transition into a “firefly“ pose. I will place both of my feet behind the ballet dance barre to brace my legs. Next, I will do a traditional “cow“ pose and then grab hold of the ballet dance barre in front of me. I will lean forward.
