Emma Lawson Garage Gym Tour

Rogue athlete and 2022 CrossFit Rookie of the Year Emma Lawson gives us an exclusive tour of her home gym. A native of Cambridge, Ontario, Canada, Emma was introduced to CrossFit at just 7 years of age.
