Woman accuses officers of racism, wants supervisor, hits him

Solon, Ohio -- Police in Solon Ohio were performing a routine patrol when they noticed a red vehicle who was driving erratically. Police stopped the car and identified the woman in the vehicle as someone who is under a suspended license, as well as the vehicle having expired plates. Things happened and she ended up hitting the Sergeant who she requested.. The woman, later identified as Derisha Mitchell, was charged with the following: - Assault - Resisting arrest - Obstructing official business - Expired plates (Dropped) - Change of course (I assume this means lane change) (Dropped) - Driving under suspension (Dropped) She was INDICTED on the following: - Resisting Arrest (M1) - Assault (on a peace officer) (F4) A warrant has been issued for her arrest. ⚠️ Footage from this video was obtained via the Ohio Public Records Act (R.C. ) All suspects featured on the channel are to be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
