12v wireless 315 MHz remote control relay board 6-channel

There are lots of different versions of this wireless remote control relay system on eBay. From single channel units up to 12 channels on a single unit. The relay board takes 12 volts in and there’s a 5 volt regulator to supply the wireless receiver and decoder chip. There a 3 flavours of decoder chip; M momentary, L latching and T toggle.
