Aïda Gabriëls - MOMO Create & Perform

The Flemish director Aïda Gabriëls’ talent for mixing music, fashion, dance and visual art into a cross-media spectacle also comes into its own in her new performance ’Dance of the Seven Veils’. Soprano Astrid Stockman, dancer German Jauregui and sculptor Rui Barros contributed to the interdisciplinary opera. Moreover, there is a leading role for Colin H. van Eeckhout, frontman of post-metal band Amenra (one of the absolute highlights of MOMO Festival 2018).
