Humanitarian aid strategy

The EU’s humanitarian aid must improve. We see that in reports of the @europeancommission blocking aid to Palestinine at a time of greatest need and in the horrendous plight of people in #Afghanistan, victims of war and international banditry by the US and its lawless allies, and who have now been forgotten.
