Proper procedures for launching a Fast Rescue Boat (FSB)

I hope no one was seriously hurt. The proper technique utilizes a sea painter which helps to keep the FRB parallel to the ship’s side and it’s bow into the sea and swell, otherwise the FRB will broach and flip.
