Here is a KB complex you can use as a finisher or a full short, full body workout. Skier Swing x 6 Offset Squat x 6 Offset Lateral Lunge x 6 Offset Lateral Lunge Row x 6 Figure 8 To Hold x 6/side * Complete the other side without rest. As a finisher, rest 60-90 seconds and repeat for 3 rounds. As a full workout, rest 60-120 seconds and repeat for 6-8 rounds. Test it out and let me know how it goes....
