Walking a DISASTER ZONE in Quadra Cavite City Philippines [4K]

Take a walk with me through a disaster zone in Quadra Cavite City Philippines. About 6 days ago, Barangay 22 in Quadra Cavite City was hit by a fire that took almost 700 homes and impacted 1,000 families. Luckily, there were no human fatalities, but it was to my understanding that many animals were not so lucky. As I was walking through the disaster zone, I noticed some animals just floating in the water, it was a sad sight. One of the locals told me that the fire was started due to an electrical wiring issue which is quite common in these areas all over the Philippines.
