Fried Glass Noodles Recipe - Bean Thread Noodles Stir fried With Ground Meat

Fried Glass Noodles - Easy, Quick And Flavorful Noodles Recipes !!! ▶ Ingredients : ● 250 g, Bean Thread Noodles / Glass Noodles ● 100 g, Pork Shoulder ● 3 cloves, Garlic ● 1 bunch, Green Onion ● 1 tsp, Dark Soy Sauce ● 1 tbsp, Oyster Sauce ● 1 tsp, Soy Sauce ● 1 tsp, Sugar ● 1/4 tsp, Salt ● Black Pepper Powder, taste ● Cooking Oil. Method : 1. Bring the water to a full rolling boil and soak the glass noodles in the boiling water until soft, about 5 minutes. Then drain off the water, add the dark soy sauce and mix it well and set aside. 2. Crush, peel and chop the garlic into small pieces. 3. Cut the green onions into rings. 4. Mince the pork into small pieces. 6. Heat the cooking oil in the pan, add the meat and fry for a minutes. 7. Add the garlic and fry for a few seconds. 8. Season with the oyster sauce,sugar, salt, soy sauce and black pepper powder. 9. Add the noodles and fry for about a minutes. 10. Sprinkle the green onion. Enjoy your meal !!!
