Highlands, Scotland. Long point of view shot (from a car) of a great looking ’mountain country’ - great view of hills and fields. Long panning shot of a cattle scattered across hilly terrain. Several M/S of cows and bulls. They have long hair and look cute and disinterested. They are shaggy Highland cattle of Scotland, sometimes called Kyloes. Voiceover informs that, despite their shaggy appearance they provide excellent beef. L/S of a cattle scattered across the field. A man in suit accompanied by a dog comes into frame. He gives orders to a dog and dog runs away. Several shots of cattle grouping. C/U shot of a dog running. He looks shaggy too. Cut to a man, obviously a shepherd (wearing suit and tie for some reason), getting the cattle to move in desired direction. L/S of a cattle on a mountain slope.
