If Duran was fighting on the inside and wanted to throw an uppercut or create an opening and the opponent tried to throw a punch, he would use that to punch him to get that opening. Tom demonstrates how Duran would block the punch, how to position your head and raise your opponent’s arm so that he can’t hit you, but you can punch him. Tom shows you how to fall into your opponent to stop his ability from hitting you and allows you to punch your opponent.
