Hello! Welcome back to my channel. Today I will be sharing 3 recipes to make Korean Rice Balls (Jumeokbap: 주먹밥). Jumeokbap translates to “fist rice“ because it is usually hand made and shaped. I will be sharing a Tuna Mayo, Regular, and Cheese Kimchi versions of the rice balls! These are really easy to make and very customizable. I like to add a scrambled egg to mine sometimes. Very simple right? Cheese Kimchi Rice Ball Ingredients/Recipe: Beef (optional), Any Melty Cheese, 1/2 Cup of Chopped Kimchi, Kimchi Juice 1. Don’t have a small plastic bag or ziplock? Just crumble seaweed onto a plate and roll the rice balls around. Add a scrambled egg into the regular rice ball recipe for more deliciousness.
