Turbulent channel flow (Direct Numerical Simulation)

DNS result of 3D turbulent channel flow. Numerical method : Semi-implicit Projection Method(SIPM) with 3 step Runge-Kutta. (Adam-Bashforth scheme for convective term and Crank-Nicolson scheme for viscous term) Non-dimensionalized with laminar centerline velocity and channel half width. Re = 4230 ( Re_tau = 180) Computation domain : Lx = 4*pi*H, Ly = 2*H, Lz = 2*pi*H with periodic boundary condition on x and z direction. Grid spacing : 256 * 128 * 256 “Tecplot 360“ is used for post-processing
