Two of the scenes most sought-after DJ/producer duos in Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike and Bassjackers collide to beautiful effect on their new collaboration ‘Raket’. Check it out on your favourite streaming platform: Fresh off the release of their reimagined classic ‘Forever Young’ with Tony Junior, Bassjackers return to the studio with Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike to produce a hard-hitting yet incredibly catchy big room ballad named ‘Raket’. The pair of duos combine their individual abilities seamlessly to create a sound that is atmospheric, synth-laden and bass-happy; a perfectly concocted ‘Raket’. Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike are a force to be reckoned with in the EDM industry, in their 15th year in the scene the pair show no signs of slowing. From being the first duo to claim the prestigious #1 spot in DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJ List, to being global ambassadors of the biggest electronic music festival in the world Tomorrowland, the brothers are a worldwide phenomenon and have been for some time. The pair are part of a 3-piece supergroup with fellow star Steve Aoki and have worked with the most sought-after names in EDM, including Diplo, David Guetta and Martin Garrix. Bassjackers, a producer and DJ duo from The Netherlands, have been turning heads in the industry since the release of their 2011 breakthrough hit ‘Mush Mush’, which was picked up and released by Tiësto and his label Musical Freedom. Aside from this however, the pair convey a unique and refreshing image via their chalk and cheese personas. Marlon Flohr, who is the DJ, is known mostly for his energetic and often wild stage presence, whereas Ralph van Hilst, the producer, is known for being cool, calm and collected.
