Oh, this wasn’t a spoof for a whopping 75%. Impressive! ------------------ English name of the event: Maleficent Hero Translation of Japanese name: Swashbuckler! Paint ROCK in Black ------------------ We start our second year with the second DASH event... were all Irregular Programs turn out to be a bunch of objects... ...just standing there... ...menacingly. We meet Volnutt that reintroduces himself since ViA is here now (he wasn’t a part of the team in the first event) and tells how he can sence Reavered all around this world, thinking that probably it’s Irregular Data gives off the same fill to him. Molarity System gets introduced here as well and the goal of the event is - cause as much destruction as you can, and steal as much money as you can (luckily, there’s no animal abuse so no one needs to call PeTA now). The more you awaken your inner bad boy\girl, the more tickets you’ll get!.. ...aaaand also the darker you’ll become. At least quest to gather a bunch of H lying around is not present in DiVE, thank God. Although Volnutt states he was doing some bad stuff at least once in the original game but was feeling... bad for his actions, I think? If he wasn’t, then he shouldn’t be a Rockman in a regular sence of this title. Also I was reading this whole thing through with “I used to be white“ echoing through my head over and over again. Sure, that’s what they say in the original script but... who on the translation team forgot that the word “dark“ and its other forms exist? RiCO’s “you’re so black now“ sounds so wrong without context... XD RiCO herself was acting a bit mischievous several times in this event. I hope it’s not foreshadowing of something bigger. Although if one of those RiCOs will become a grim reaper, you can call me in. That might be a bit too funny for myself. There wasn’t any boss which is impressive as well, heh. The thing I wasn’t expecting at all was the debut of Roll Caskett! And RiCO will try to make her into Hunter Program soon. We will be waitin’ ’till then. Her inclusion will mean that there’s just one character left to complete the Project X Zone cast (VAVA with “Inner Demons“ Syndrome). А у Вас спина белая :P
