hey guys this is a video explaining a movement that activates the glute muscles, the core, which get easily deactivated in long time sitting and desk- working.
And with that this movement lengthens the Iliopsoas, Latissimus Dorsi, Side Obliques, Arms, Pectoralis Minor, and Neck Muscles.
All at once, with one movement!
If you are too busy to do lots of movements, just keep this movement in your stretching library and take it out whenever your body calls you to do so :)
