Russian/Nat The grim task of identifying the bodies of 54 young people crushed to death in a human stampede in Belarus got underway on Sunday, as 35 survivors remained critically ill in hospital. The country’s leadership declared Monday and Tuesday national days of mourning. The cemeteries in Minsk, the capital of Belarus, were being prepared to deal with the expected mass funerals.
