Satellite City BMX Club is located in Marlows Lagoon in Palmerston. Satellite City BMX Club has been around since 1986 and has an active base of riders. Like most Top End clubs the Territory wet season makes it hard to have a year round competition and made for a very long break from November through to March/April every year. To protect the track from the harsh elements of the sun as well as monsoonal rains, the whole track was covered under the 68m x 105m cyclone-proof steel construction in 2016. In 201
