HOW TO MAKE SEAFOOD BOIL PASTA | JUKE JOINT SUMMER SERIES

DANNI ROSE’s SEAFOOD BOIL PASTA INGREDIENTS: For the Pasta: 1 box linguine pasta 1 carton (32 oz.) chicken stock 1 bag Crab Boil 2 tablespoon salt For the Sauce: Smoked Sausage Link, cut into gorgeous slices. ½ lbs. Shrimp ( peeled and deveined) Lump crab meat ( or crab claw meat since its cheaper) 1 stick of Salted Butter 3 cloves Garlic (chopped) or 3 tbsp minced Garlic ¼ cup White Wine 2 ½ cups Heavy Whipping Cream 1 tsp Lemon Juice ½ cup pasta liquid Seasonings (to taste): 1 -2 tbs old bay or more to taste crab boil seasoning Salt ( to taste) Pepper ( to taste) Chicken Bouillon ( about two tbs ) Cajun Seasoning Paprika Parsley (chopped fresh or dry) (about 1 tbs, or more if you like ) ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese ( plus more for topping ) METHOD: For the Pasta: Boil your chicken stock in a pot and add your crab boil bag.
