Fitting a Muslin Mock Up || 1890s Victorian Velvet Coat

So this month I make a test version in calico (muslin) and show you how I fit it to my shape. I’ll also answer a tricky design question. There are a couple of weird little darts in an unusual place on the original coat, and the reason for those becomes obvious when we can see the coat in action, on a body .
