In the past, potential jurors, after receiving a summons to come to court for jury service, have checked in order to find information about the case on which he or she is scheduled to appear. 6. A person’s right to a fair and impartial jury as guaranteed by the United States Constitution, with its amendments, and by the Missouri Constitution supersedes the need of the general public to have access to this case by for the short period of time between the issuance of summonses to prospective jurors and the selection of jurors. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the security level of this case shall be raised to a Security Level 3 once summonses have been issued to call the potential jurors into court for jury selection and shall be maintained at Security Level 3 until discharge of the jury by the Court.
