Russia to further develop relations with N. Korea: Kremlin spokesperson

Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said on Monday that Russia intends to further develop its partnership with North Korea ---whom he called Russia’s “closest neighbor“ and “partner“ ---in all areas. North Korea’s Foreign Minister Choe Son-hui arrived in Moscow for an official visit that’s scheduled to last until Wednesday. Choe, who will be meeting with her Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov on Tuesday, may also meet with President Vladimir Putin.
