Four Syrians killed in an Israeli strike on south Lebanon

According to the Lebanese health ministry, four Syrians were killed following an Israeli strike on the southern Lebanese village of Chamaa, near the border with Israel. Since 7 October, the Lebanese-Israeli border has witnessed a near-daily exchange of fire between Israeli forces and Lebanon’s Hezbollah.
