Barbers Shop (1927)

No title. M/S of the front of “Little Charly’s Barber Shop“ - looks American. A smartly dressed man in top hat enters the barbers. Interior of the barbers. Man takes off his top hat and places it on a hat stand. He takes off his gloves, coat, scarf and jacket. “— they’re only out to trim you!“ reads an intertitle. The man then puts on a white coat. “So give him your tip - he’s saving up to go back home, by heck!“ Man comes in and sits in the barber’s chair. Barber puts a sheet over him. Note: At the end of this film there is an intertitle which reads “That’s That! “Back Home“ A Futter Novelty 1941 Educational Film Exchanges, Inc.“ This is almost certainly an extract from the Walter Futter film “Back Home“. 1941 is presumably an identification number not a date.
