Doro Pesch is known by her fans as the Metal Queen and it’s hard to think of anyone more deserving of the title. She started out as the lead singer of German metal band Warlock in 1982 and is now closing in on 40 years as a rock icon. Resilient and passionate about heavy metal, Doro refused to give up even after losing the rights to the name Warlock. Continuing on as simply Doro, she has continued to build a fanbase around the world with heavy anthems and soulful ballads.
