A standout performance from Carlos Borges saw the City youngster score four in a 6-1 victory against Manchester United U21s at Leigh Sports Village. After going behind early on to a Rhys Bennett header, the City youngsters rallied and showed no mercy in a second-half performance full of real quality. Borges pulled City level just before the break with the winger adding a further three goals after the interval. Dire Mebude and Will Dickson also found the back of the net as we returned to the top of the Premier League 2 table.
