Libya floods: Drone video shows Derna in ruins after deadly dam collapse

Drone video showed the scale of destruction in the Libyan city of Derna after heavy storms caused two dams to burst, flooding the city and sweeping away entire neighbourhoods. A torrent unleashed by a powerful storm burst dams on Sunday night and hurtled down a seasonal riverbed, washing multi-storey buildings into the sea. Confirmed death tolls given by officials have varied, at least ten thousand, with thousands more on lists of the missing.
