Turkish Artist Serdar Ortac sings Turkish music.... Serdar Ortaç was born in Istanbul in 16th February 1970. He attended the American Language & Literature department of Bilkent University. Serdar was a famous radio DJ and he was working at a radio station when he composed his hit song Karabiberim.
