Basic tree felling Letterbox technique (3/3)

In this movie I will show you how to fell a small tree that is leaning backwards, using the letterbox technique. • The notch / directional cut • The letterbox bore cut in the center of the notch • Insert the wedge in the letterbox • Positioning the hinge on the left side with 1cm overlap with the letterbox • Positioning the hinge on the right side with 1cm overlap with the letterbox • Using the Wedge to push the tree into the right direction. • Move to safe place.
