SERBU GB 22 single shot gun: attempt to simplify the receiver/frame

I,m a big fan of Mark Serbu of SERBU FIREARMS. Here,s his site: and both YouTube channels- strongly recommend: @MarkSerbusOtherGunChannel/featured @markserbu/featured His simplistic open bolt, single shot GB22 pistol is a very elegant design. I do not have laser or water jet cutting tools, or even a jigsaw or mill. Using a drill, dremel and an angular grinder I made perhaps more simplified , I think , version of his gun frame that might be easier to cut out at of a 3/16-1/4” steel flat at home. I just used more round design, drilled different holes and connected them. I ONLY HAVE BUILT THE FRAME AND THE TOY IS NOT INTENDED TO FIRE. I just wanted to educate myself and see how the trigger/ spring that are a part of the frame feel. I discovered that the release of slide/bolt is pretty decent, the trigger is surprisingly comfortable as the sear moves down less than 1/16”. To complete the
