Concertino For Xylophone

Wow this is going back. I just found this video on an old disc. In 2000, 17 yr old me performed at a recital as part of the VCA Season of Excellence - basically a showcase of students that did Music Performance in their final year of high school. This is the first movement of Toshiro Mayuzumi’s Concertino for Xylophone and Orchestra. Probably even harder than the xylophone part is the piano accompaniament, here played by Tamara Smolyar.
